All of our coaches report directly to their Development coordinator and they are responsible for all team trainings and game day management.

Responsibilities:

  • Game day management including lineup construction and strategies.
  • Constructing and running training sessions, outings and activities.
  • Direct liaison with players in regards to team roles.
  • Identifying and nurturing talent.
